The working principle of sticky IP is that the system will continue to use the IP before the current IP is powered off and offline, and then switch to the next IP. Due to the characteristics of dynamic residential IP, we cannot fully control the specific usage time of home users. We can only assign you an IP that may be online during the time period you need to use based on the recorded IP online data.
For example, when you select a US sticky IP and set the duration to 5 minutes, we will assign an IP that is usually online for 5 minutes during that time period based on the background records. However, since there is no way to ensure that the real user of the residential IP will not shut down early or stay online for a longer time, the actual assigned IP duration may be slightly shorter or longer
Why did my sticky IP select 5 minutes (or other time), but the duration is not enough (or longer)?
